Personality Tests offer a powerful way of assessing the motivations, behaviours, and preferences of individuals. Based on the Big 5 personality model (by Costa and McCrae), our Big 10 Personality Test is a an advanced personality assessment that measures 10 personality traits.

We developed the TRACE model to help you easily conceptualise the 10 scales into useful behaviours. The model covers key behaviours that are highly relevant to the workplace, such as ‘relating’ to others, ‘achieving’ outcomes and ‘coping’ with pressure / demands.
